Key Responsibilities:
- Return to intake inquiries and return phone calls, ensuring professional and compassionate experience for clients.
- Organize, scan, and manage incoming documents, maintaining accurate and confidential client records
- Forward emails and relevant information to appropriate staff in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support to the HSEAP team, including client-facing interactions when appropriate
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and other administrative tasks related to the HSEAP program
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring:
- Some post-secondary education, preferably in Social Services, Human Services, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work within changing deadlines
- Comfortable working with vulnerable populations, including Holocaust survivors and seniors
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive and proprietary information
- Proficiency in Russian is strongly preferred. Knowledge of Hebrew is considered an asset
- Comfortable working in-office where health and safety measures have been put in place
