Job Description - Job Purpose

Delight customers by selling sustainable sports solutions across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Experience & Sales

• Sell products and services (in-store & digital) that meet customer needs

• Promote complete solutions: products, services, and experiences

• Build strong customer relationships and loyalty across all channels

• Support payment options, basic repairs, and personalization services

• Promote solutions via store, digital, and social platforms

2. Store & Omnichannel Experience

• Ensure attractive, customer-friendly, and safe layouts

• Guarantee product availability (store & online)

• Deliver a seamless omnichannel experience (SIBC & quick store strategy)

• Ensure safety for customers, products, and data

• Contribute to sustainable practices (eco-design, waste management)

ลักษณะงาน

หน้าที่หลักของงาน

ประสานงานในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบ และสร้างความพึงพอใจให้ลูกค้าด้วยสินค้าและโซลูชันกีฬาที่ตอบโจทย์และยั่งยืน

ความรับผิดชอบที่ 1: การขายและประสบการณ์ลูกค้า

• สร้างความประทับใจให้ลูกค้าในทุกช่องทาง (หน้าร้าน & ดิจิทัล)

• นำเสนอสินค้าและบริการที่ตรงกับความต้องการของลูกค้า

• ส่งเสริมบริการสนับสนุนการขาย เช่น ทดลองสินค้า, บัตรของขวัญ, สมาชิก

• ดูแลความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าเพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจและความภักดี

• นำเสนอทุกโซลูชัน (สินค้าใหม่, marketplace, มือสอง, subscription และบริการต่าง ๆ)

• โปรโมทและขายผ่านทุกช่องทาง (ร้านค้า, ออนไลน์, โซเชียลมีเดีย)

• มอบประสบการณ์การชำระเงินที่สะดวก (เงินสด/ไร้เงินสด)

• ให้บริการซ่อมเบื้องต้นและปรับแต่งสินค้าเพื่อยืดอายุการใช้งาน

ความรับผิดชอบที่ 2: ประสบการณ์ในร้านและ Omnichannel

• จัดพื้นที่ร้านให้เป็นมิตร น่าสนใจ และปลอดภัย

• สนับสนุนการเลือกสินค้าของลูกค้า (SIBC) และกลยุทธ์ร้านแบบรวดเร็ว

• ดูแลความพร้อมของสินค้า (หน้าร้าน & ออนไลน์)

• รับประกันความปลอดภัยของลูกค้า สินค้า และข้อมูล

• จัดพื้นที่ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ (ยอดขาย, กำไร, การหมุนเวียนสต็อก)

• สนับสนุนแนวทางรักษ์โลก (eco-design, การจัดการขยะ)

• มีความหลงใหลในการเล่นกีฬา

• มีทัศนคติดี ยิ้มแย้ม และรักงานบริการ

• สื่อสารภาษาไทยและอังกฤษได้ดี

• ทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมที่รวดเร็วได้
