Description
Enlight is seeking an experienced Project Finance Manager to join its Project Finance deal team. The role involves active participation in the execution of project finance transactions across multiple projects, with significant exposure to lenders, advisors, and internal stakeholders.
This is a key position within the team, with the expectation to take ownership of core workstreams and support the successful delivery of transactions from structuring through financial close.
Responsibilities
- Play a central role in executing project finance transactions from structuring through financial close.
- Participate in negotiations with lenders, investors, and advisors, including term sheets, financing agreements, and security packages.
- Review and challenge financial models to ensure alignment with financing terms and project assumptions.
- Prepare materials, analysis, and recommendations to support management decision making.
- Work closely with internal teams (legal, commercial, development, tax) and external stakeholders (banks, advisors).
- Take ownership of key workstreams within transactions and ensure timely and effective execution.
- Support refinancing processes, amendments, and additional financings across the portfolio.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in project finance (banking, advisory, infrastructure funds, or IPP).
- Hands-on involvement in project finance transactions (ideally through financial close).
- Strong understanding of financing structures, term sheets, and loan documentation.
- Ability to understand and navigate financial models at a high level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience in renewable energy – an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
- Fluent English.
