Role Main Purpose:
To ensure consistent messaging and effective communication with all stakeholders, including media, fans, sponsors, and internal staff, while promoting the organization's brand and values.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Manage media relations, including preparing press releases and handling media inquiries.
- Oversee the creation of communication materials, including newsletters, reports, and editorial content.
Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management to shape the organization's communication strategy.
- Monitor public perception and media coverage, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Lead crisis communication efforts, providing guidance and support during critical situations.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Increase in positive media coverage.
- Enhanced stakeholder engagement metrics.
- Successful execution of communication campaigns
Education & Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations, preferably in the Media sector.
