What You Will Do:
Source, screen, and proactively reach out to candidates to build a strong talent pipeline;
Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit;
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements;
Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs;
Coordinate and schedule interviews to ensure a smooth hiring process;
Maintain and update our ATS, track candidate data, and support market research;
Ensure a positive and smooth experience for candidates throughout the process;
Collaborate with HR and other teams on different company initiatives;
Represent Bored Panda in events, career fairs, and employer branding activities.
What We Expect:
Understanding of recruitment processes and candidate lifecycle;
Strong organizational and time management skills;
Ability to multitask and manage several roles at once;
Attention to detail and a structured approach to work;
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn;
Confidence in reaching out to candidates (via LinkedIn, phone call, or email);
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Familiarity with LinkedIn or other sourcing tools would be a plus;
Basic knowledge of employer branding or interest in it would be a plus;
Positive, can-do attitude and strong motivation to grow in Talent Acquisition.

Compensation: The position offers a fixed gross monthly salary ranging from 2,000€ to 2,800€, depending on qualifications and experience, with additional performance-based bonuses on top.
