The role:  

We currently have an opportunity for a Clinical Coordinator to join the organisation and be a key member of CareFlight’s clinical team in our Eastern Operations. 

Reporting to the General Manager- Clinical, your key objectives will be to: 

• Manage clinical rostering, timesheets/payroll, recency and training elements to maintain clinical service delivery for the Eastern Clinical Team. 
• Provide administrative support to the National Medical Director, and the General Manager, Clinical. 
• Assisting with effective onboarding and induction of NSW Registrars each term (February and August). 
• Support NSW Clinical Management Team and NSW Clinical Staff as required  
• Assist with data collection and reporting to support clinical KPIs, quality improvement initiatives, and service reviews. 
• Prepare CareFlight clinical records for release in line with policy and legislative requirements. 
• Coordinate logistics for clinical training, education events, and simulation activities. 

To be successful in this role you will have the following:  

Essential 

• Minimum 3 years’ operations or administration experience   
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining complex roster systems and payroll systems 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to develop relationships 
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure working in a complex environment with changing priorities 
• A proactive approach to solving problems 
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, to meet deadlines with good time management skills  
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills 

 Desirable 

• Previous experience gained from the aviation, health and / or not-for-profit sectors. 
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, or relevant equivalent experience
