We're growing fast - and we're now looking for a Customer Success Manager to own advertiser relationships and drive long-term value.
Role Description
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at VYBS, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving customer success. Core responsibilities include cultivating strong client relationships, responding promptly to customer needs, analyzing data to support decision-making, and implementing strategies to improve customer KPIs. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximize the platform’s value.
● This is a full-time, Hybrid role (One day from home).
● based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Onboarding & Relationship Management
● Create a smooth and easy onboarding experience for our clients
● Maintain ongoing client relationships through regular communication and check-ins
● Build a value-based strategy together with each client
● Build strong, trust-based relationships that drive client retention
Performance & Growth
● Work closely with our clients and internal team to hit clients KPIs
● Ensure monthly client budgets are maintained, fulfilled, and scaling
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
● Provide clients with clear reporting and delivery analysis
Cross-functional
● Collaborate closely between clients, product, and data teams
● Work with the product team to surface client needs and drive innovation
● 3-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Partnerships
● Background in at least one of: Adtech, Marketing Tech, or Mobile Games — must
● Strong analytical mindset - comfortable deep dive in to numbers & client's KPIs
● Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus)
● Proactive, organized, ownership-driven
Nice to Have
● Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot or equivalent)
● Experience with AI tools (Claude, Hex or equivalent
● Familiarity with reward-based or performance marketing platforms

● Advertisers are onboarded smoothly and hit campaign milestones & KPIs
● Low churn; partners grow their spend over time
● Risks are flagged proactively before they become problems
