Description
Amobeez is looking for a Creative Performance Manager who lives at the intersection of psychology, data, and generative AI. This isn’t a traditional 'creative director' role where you wait for inspiration, this is a high-output laboratory. You will conceptualize and execute high-converting social ads for both our in-house DTC beauty brand and our affiliate portfolio. Your goal is to out-pace the competition by using AI to test more angles, faster, than any human-only team could.
Core Responsibilities
- High-Velocity Ideation & Execution the "Idea Machine": Constantly develop fresh hooks, storyboards, and creative angles that stop the scroll. You aren't just copying trends; you are inventing new ways to grab attention.
- Rapid Prototyping: Use generative AI tools to produce high-quality image and video assets at scale. You should be able to move from a concept to a finished ad in a fraction of the time of a traditional editor.
- Content Diversification: Pivot seamlessly between our in-house Beauty brand (problem/solution, aesthetic storytelling) and our Affiliate portfolio (fast-paced, high-energy "must-have" content).
- Creative Evolution
- Dynamic Iteration: When we identify a winning ad, your job is to "expand the win." Use AI to swap backgrounds, change voices, or test new hooks to squeeze every bit of value out of a successful concept.
- Visual Storytelling: Ensure every ad, whether AI-generated or human-led, feels native to the platform (TikTok, Meta, Pinterest) and resonates emotionally with the target audience.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: A background in Paid Social or content creation with a portfolio that shows you know how to "sell" a product through a screen.
- AI Fluency: You are an early adopter of generative technology. You have a personal workflow for using AI to generate scripts, voices, images, and video motion.
- The Performance "Eye": You have a natural instinct for what makes people click. You understand the "social-native" aesthetic and can balance brand quality with high-conversion grit.
- High-Velocity Mindset: You prefer "done" over "perfect." You believe that volume is the path to quality and thrive in an environment where you are shipping new work daily.
- Creative Problem Solver: You don't need a 10-page brief. You can take a product and a goal and figure out five different ways to make a user stop scrolling.
- Tinkerer Mentality: You are constantly exploring new tools and methods to make your creative process faster and more impactful.
