We are looking for an Accounting Associate for the Namangan Branch.
What We Expect
Verify accuracy and completeness of all primary sales documents: invoices, drivers’ reports, transport sheets.
Receive sales documents from sales drivers and ensure correct document preparation.
Enter daily sales and returnable packaging movement into SmartUp and 1C systems.
Maintain and update sales and shipment registers.
Reconcile daily sales reports with warehouse reports; track incoming finished goods and packaging from branches and the Mega factory.Identify, document, and report defects or shortages in products and packaging.
Review daily warehouse reports and prepare monthly 1‑P production reports.
Record bank payments from customers into SmartUp and 1C; update customer accounts.
Control prepayments, powers of attorney, and document accuracy for loading and transportation.
Maintain customer account reconciliation; prepare reconciliation acts and track their return.
Verify documents for credit balance refund requests and ensure timely settlement of receivables/payables.
Participate in inventory counts of finished goods and packaging.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Higher education in finance, accounting, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of accounting and tax legislation.
Understanding of document flow and accounting procedures.
Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Ability to work in stressful situations.
Teamwork and high sense of responsibility.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
