About the Role
The NDIS Disability Support Worker provides person-centred care and assistance to individuals with disabilities, supporting their independence, well-being, and participation in the community. This role involves delivering tailored support in daily activities, personal care, social engagement, and skill development in line with each participant's NDIS plan. The support worker ensures a safe, respectful, and empowering environment, promoting dignity, choice, and inclusion

Key Responsibilities
Skills & Experience
• Experience providing direct support to individuals with disabilities, mental health conditions, or complex needs.
• Assisting with personal care, daily living tasks, and mobility support.
• Implementing person-centred care and behaviour support strategies.
• Supporting individuals in community participation and social activities.
Required Certifications and Checks
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Community Services, or a related field (or willingness to obtain).
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Working with Vulnerable People Check (WWVP)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• National Police Check
