We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is not only skilled in digital strategy and campaign execution but also hands-on with creative design and content production to join our client's team. As our client do not have an internal design team, this role will be critical in managing end-to-end digital marketing activities, from planning and content creation to design, publishing, and performance analysis.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
Design and produce creative assets for campaigns, including social media posts, email templates, presentations, and digital ads.
Develop engaging content (copy, visuals, and basic video edits) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Manage website updates, landing pages, and ensure SEO/SEM best practices are applied.
Oversee social media accounts, ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence with solid understanding of LinkedIn and LinkedIn Ads.
Track campaign performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements based on data insights. Ideal to have knowledge of GA4, SEMrush or any other tool.
Stay updated on the latest digital trends, marketing tools, and design best practices.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing with strong design skills.
Experience with content creation, social media management, and email marketing.
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar).
Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, and major advertising platforms.
Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to work independently.
A creative eye with attention to detail and a passion for delivering polished, professional work.
EDUCATION
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
WORKING TIME
Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 till 17:30 with flexibility in starting time.
