Create and plan digital marketing campaigns for B2B clients, including recommending the most effective channels, touchpoints and formats (with a strong focus on LinkedIn Ads)
Research customer behaviors and preferred digital channels.
Translate brand and marketing strategy into clear digital campaign plans and actionable marketing activities
Develop recommendations for lead generation initiatives, including lead magnets and content-driven campaigns
Collaborate with brand management and business teams to ensure campaigns align with brand positioning and B2B communication objectives
Identify key channels and analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization
Define campaign KPIs and success metrics aligned with marketing and business goals
Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to implement and optimize campaign strategies across multiple projects
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and innovations, including emerging applications of AI in marketing
You have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign strategy, or performance marketing
You have a strong understanding of B2B marketing and brand positioning
You have strong analytical thinking, content strategy, and proficiency in digital advertising platforms.
You know how to translate high-level marketing strategies into effective digital campaigns
You have experience designing and optimizing paid campaigns across digital channels (especially LinkedIn)
You are comfortable working with data and campaign performance metrics
You are able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
You have strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations
You communicate clearly and are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
You are fluent in English (both written and spoken)
You have experience working with global brands or external marketing agencies
You are familiar with tools such as Google Analytics 4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Looker Studio, DV360 or The Trade Desk
You have experience with SEO tools such as Semrush or Ahrefs
You are interested in new technologies and AI applications in digital marketing
