Job Overview
The Internal Exams Executive holds the responsibility of assisting the Internal Examinations department facilitate the process of the students and teachers at the ACE EdVenture Schools having a seamless examination experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Adhere to the protocols for the preparation and execution of internal examinations across the schools as determined by the Internal Exams Manager
- Liaise and work with the teachers for all internal examinations from Year 1 to Year 11
- Assist in managing invigilators. This includes training new invigilators and updating existing invigilators on rules and regulation changes on an annual basis
- Inputting students’ progress reports. This includes accessing results electronically/downloading results/follow up with teachers
- Follow up with Academic Heads to ensure set test and examination papers are in by the predetermined deadlines
- Assist in ensuring the safe and timely distribution of all examination papers and stationery to the schools
- Ensure that exam papers are safely stored in all required formats
- Storing exam results and documents with appropriate standards, confidentiality, and ease of retrieval
- Issuing examination certificates
- Assist in generating Students’ IGCSE statistic report
- Communicate with parents about emergencies pertaining to their children i.e. injuries,illness, etc.
- Manage students’ ID and locker allocation
- Track students’ attendance and punctuality
- Managing the logistics of classroom replacement and relocation (if needed)
- To manage and to ensure International Students to have a valid students’ visa (Sri Emas only; Dwi Emas has the International Students Office)
- Store lost and found, and confiscated items
- Be a stand-in for teachers in classes when the teacher needs to step out of the classroom
Requirements and Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency of using software like Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
