The Senior Procurement Executive plays a key role in managing procurement activities for the group. This position ensures cost-effective and timely sourcing of goods and services, maintains strong supplier relationships, and upholds ACE EdVenture’s standards of integrity, transparency, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, source, and purchase materials, supplies, and services in line with company needs and budget.
- Evaluate, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure best value, quality, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain supplier databases, monitor performance, and build long-term partnerships.
- Ensure all procurement processes comply with internal control procedures and approval hierarchies.
- Work closely with internal departments to forecast and fulfill purchasing needs.
- Conduct price comparisons and cost analyses to identify opportunities for savings.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Verify and process purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Support budgeting, financial reporting, and audit requirements related to procurement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in purchasing processes and cost efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of working experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in education, retail, or service industries.
- Proven track record in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization.
- Familiar with procurement software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of purchasing principles, supply chain processes, and vendor management.
