KEY RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY
As a Performance and Ad Technology Manager at Asharq, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing performance-driven content marketing strategies across various digital channels. You will play a crucial role in achieving our business objectives by driving traffic, increasing conversions, and maximizing return on investment (ROI) through managing our ad stack from CRM to marketing automation tools.
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Manage and optimize paid search, social media, display, and retargeting campaigns to achieve key performance metrics such as ROI, CPA, CPL, and CAC.
- Integrating multiple push and measurement audience-related platforms (like email marketing systems, GTM, and analytics platforms) to ensure seamless communication and data sharing across the tech stack.
- Utilizing data to create detailed audience segments based on behaviors, demographics, and other criteria.
- Implementing and managing marketing automation tools to deliver personalized content, campaigns, and messages to different audience segments.
- Automating workflows to ensure that the right audience receives the right message at the right time through the right channels.
- Work closely with web development and business analytics teams to ensure accurate website measurement, data collection, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate performance metrics, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the content team to design and test ad creatives and landing pages for maximum impact and engagement.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, ad tech, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI and growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, social media advertising, display, and retargeting.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Proven track record of working with CRMs, DSP, and tools such as GTM.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Media experience is a great plus
- Arabic fluency
- Experience in building dashboards through Looker Studio or any other BI tool
- Experience in building data pipelines for reporting purposes
