Mandatory Qualifications:
- Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules (HCM, Finance, SCM, Procurement, etc.).
- Build and customize reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions using Fusion technology stack (e.g., OTBI, BIP, FBDI, ADFDI, Groovy, VBCS, Page Composer, Application Composer).
- Build enterprise integration with multiple platforms.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Web Services (SOAP/REST), SOA, and other middleware tools.
- Handle data migration and conversion activities, including data mapping, transformation, validation, and loading using FBDI, HDL, and other tools.
- Perform system configurations, customizations, and extensions while following Oracle best practices and extensibility frameworks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, incidents, and performance problems in Fusion ERP environments.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions.
- Conduct unit testing, support system/integration testing (SIT/UAT), and prepare technical documentation (designs, mappings, test cases, etc.).
- Optimize queries, reports, and processes for better performance and scalability.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution workshops, and presentations as needed.
- Provide technical support during go-live and post-production phases.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP technical implementations, upgrades, or support projects.
- Hands-on experience in building integrations and custom reports.
- Knowledge in Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials, Project Financial Management, Procurement, HCM).
- Strong proficiency in Oracle Fusion technical tools: SQL, PL/SQL, OTBI, BIP Publisher, FBDI, ADFDI, Web Services, Visual Builder, and OIC.
- Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP data model, security (roles, data security policies), and cloud architecture.
- Good Understanding of Java concepts (SE and EE).
- Good Understanding of Database concepts.
- Experience with data conversion/migration strategies and tools.
- Arabic speaker
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) basics or PaaS services.
- Knowledge of ERP implementation best practices and methodologies (AIM, OUM).
- Knowledge of Spring Boot framework
- Knowledge of React JS.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira.
