Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement project management tools and methodologies.
- Monitor and track the progress of individual projects against key milestones, tasks, costs, risks, issues, and budgets.
- Measure and report on key project and program metrics, including budgets, schedule variances, and critical operating indicators.
- Define and drive program governance in coordination with THC leadership.
- Review and facilitate the document approval and sign-off process for project deliverables.
- Lead solution-design and problem-solving sessions with functional experts to deliver key outcomes.
- Facilitate status reporting cycles and steering meetings between project owners and the leadership team.
- Ensure achievement of key outcomes across multi-functional programs and projects.
- Provide guidance in identifying and tracking RAIDDs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions, and Dependencies) and take proactive action.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of project outcomes.
- Provide THC leadership with delivery confidence on key projects, with the ability to recover deviations and drive performance under accelerated timelines.
- Communicate effectively across the organization and with THC leadership, highlighting key project outcomes and issues where necessary.
- Exercise the highest level of discretion, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive project and portfolio information while engaging stakeholders.
- Monitor team achievements, conduct periodic performance reviews, and provide guidance, coaching, and training to direct reports.
- Optimize personal and team time/effort in carrying out assigned duties, ensuring work meets agreed standards of timeliness and quality.
- Continuously monitor market trends and advise leadership on potential initiatives.
Leadership:
- Monitor staff achievements, perform periodic performance appraisals, and provide guidance, coaching or training to direct reports in performing their delegated duties.
- Optimize the use of personal and team time/effort in carrying out assigned duties, to ensure work meets agreed standards for timeliness and quality.
- Ensure continuous monitoring of trends in the market and provide advice to leadership on potential initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to work and information.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or any technical field.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Relevant professional certificates such as (Lean, Project Management, etc.) is preferred.
Experience & Skills:
• 8 years’ experience in project management (PMO)/ strategic management (SMO) role
• Experience working as a project manager, and leading projects and complex business transformation initiatives.
