YOUR TASKS You are the contact person for employees and managers in a defined business area regarding all questions related to employee engagement and development. You act as a sparring partner for managers in the areas of team building, retention, and people development. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and sustaining personnel development measures for employees and managers in the defined business area. You handle the planning and moderation of workshops, for example, in the areas of talent management or feedback. You accompany individual development and promotion measures for employees and managers. YOUR PROFILE You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT or software company or a comparable agency. You have successfully implemented employee engagement measures and have experience in designing and implementing personnel development measures. You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken. In addition, you shine with pronounced moderation and communication skills. You have a confident and self-assured demeanor, even at the management level. You have practical coaching experience, ideally enriched by relevant training/certifications. Bonus: You already have extensive knowledge of German labor law, especially regarding collaboration with the works council.
