Position Overview
We are seeking a professional and service-oriented In-Room Dining Waiter to join the Food & Beverage team at The Bristol Belgrade.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional in-room dining experiences by providing attentive, discreet and personalized service to our guests. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong passion for hospitality and consistently perform in line with Luxury Quality Assurance (LQA) standards, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the highest level of luxury service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, courteous and professional service to guests in accordance with LQA service standards.
- Take, prepare and deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a timely and discreet manner.
- Set up in-room dining trays, trolleys and tables according to the hotel’s luxury presentation standards.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of the In-Room Dining menu, ingredients, daily specials, beverages and wine list.
- Proactively suggest additional items and perform upselling where appropriate.
- Ensure accuracy of orders and maintain high standards of quality and presentation at all times.
- Handle guest requests and preferences efficiently, ensuring a memorable in-room dining experience.
- Follow all procedures related to billing, cash handling and posting charges to guest accounts.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and personal grooming.
- Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in In-Room Dining or Food & Beverage service within a 4- or 5-star hotel.
- Understanding of luxury hospitality service standards and LQA requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
