The Role
As the Part-Time Receptionist at Fork Force Australia's Brisbane headquarters, you are the smiling face and friendly voice that sets the tone for our business. Working 4–5 hours per day (typically 7:30am to 11:30am/12:30pm, Monday to Friday), you’ll be the first point of contact for phone calls, walk-ins and guests — delivering outstanding first impressions and making every interaction feel professional, warm and efficient.
Beyond standard front desk duties, this role is ideal for someone who loves being at the heart of a business — supporting team energy, customer experience, and event coordination. You’ll assist with inbound call handling, data entry into our CRM, office administration, and even act as a concierge for guests and team functions. You'll also take ownership of coordinating internal events across our national network — bringing energy, flair and organisation to everything from BBQs to staff functions.
We’re seeking a vibrant, proactive team player who thrives on people contact, multitasking, and building positive culture. If you're the kind of person who remembers names, loves a good checklist, and gets joy from creating memorable moments — this is your time to shine.
