About The Role
We’re looking for a hands‑on Instructional Designer who brings ideas to life through well‑designed, well‑executed learning experiences.
In this role, you’ll design and develop a wide range of learning content - including eLearning modules, workshop materials, assessments and training videos - that is engaging, practical and visually compelling.
You’ll work closely with SMEs and stakeholders to extract, validate and refine information, transforming it into structured, accurate and impactful learning. This role offers genuine creative licence and the opportunity to shape the foundations of our learning ecosystem.

You’re an experienced Instructional Designer who thrives in a collaborative, tech-savvy environment.
With a strong for design, you combine creativity, structure and critical thinking, and you enjoy turning information into learning that is engaging, practical and future‑focused.
You’re comfortable using AI tools to refine and improve content, and confident partnering with a diverse stakeholder group to shape high‑quality learning that meets real capability needs.
