QA Engineer
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with experience in data validation and BI dashboard testing to ensure the accuracy, consistency and reliability of analytics solutions. The role involves working closely with data engineers, analysts and product stakeholders to validate reporting logic and guarantee high-quality insights.
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality assurance testing for data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting solutions
- Validate data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across multiple data sources
- Test and review BI dashboards built with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Verify that configuration logic and reporting outputs align with business requirements
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to troubleshoot data quality issues
- Create and maintain test cases, test plans and QA documentation

Perform regression, functional, and data validation testing

Ensure adherence to data quality standards and QA processes
Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, ideally in data, BI, or analytics environments
- Strong knowledge of data validation techniques and data quality management
- Experience testing BI dashboards or reporting platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
