Job DetailsJob Location: ASSA ABLOY Fenestration Corporate - Rochester, NY 14624Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $24.00 - $27.00 HourlyJob Shift: 1st shiftJob Category: FinanceTitle: Accounts Payable Specialist Department: Finance Reports To: Accounts Payable & Cost Manager Location: Rochester, NY Classification: Non-exempt, Full-Time Annual Salary: $50,000-55,000 DOE   Position Summary The Accounts Payable Specialist will work directly with the AP Lead to oversee the entire AP process and will be directly responsible for overseeing the netting (InterCo) process and retaining the relationship with those suppliers. Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities Entry of AP invoices into ERP System Responsible for Inter Company netting process Assist with 3-way match for non-Inter Company suppliers Work with Supply Chain or Operations for receipts needed for supplier invoices  Seek Approval needed for non-PO Invoices based on the Company DOA Assist with weekly Payment Runs (ACH, Check and Wire) Assist with maintenance of Banking Wire Templates Record payments in ERP System based on bank transactions Clear Checks Daily in ERP System Assist in supplier setup Maintain effective and positive supplier relations.
