The role is diverse and includes sales, customer service, and booking travel—both through face‑to‑face visits at the Icelandair VITA office, as well as back‑office responsibilities such as phone support and service via digital channels. The team consists of a strong group of specialists who provide outstanding service to customers.
The main responsibility of the position is to present trips, sell, and provide information in a dynamic environment; welcome customers at the Icelandair VITA main office; answer phone calls; and deliver service through digital communication channels.
We are looking for a team member who loves delivering excellent service, has strong sales skills, and shows initiative at work. This is a summer position with the potential of a continuation after the summer.
