As a Support Customer Service Consultant, you’ll be the welcoming face our customers look forward to seeing in the branch. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys real conversations that can support our customers with their financial journeys.

This opportunity is a flexible part-time position in our Palmerston & Casuarina Branches, with variable hours ranging from 15 - 32 hours per week, on a rotating roster.
To support your work life balance, we provide rosters for a 4-week period and release these 1 week in advance. Our dedicated branch teams are committed to providing service and support to our local communities across our Monday to Friday trading we are seeking applicants with full flexibility across the working week.
