This role is being offered as a permanent part-time (38 hours per fortnight) opportunity in our Heritage Bank, Maroochydore Branch.
About the role:
As a Member Experience Officer, you’ll be the welcoming face our customers look forward to seeing in the branch. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys real conversations that can support our customers with their financial journeys.

This opportunity is a permanent part-time position our Maroochydore Branch, with the following roster:
Monday 9:15am to 4:15pm, Thursday 9:30am to 4:00pm, Friday 9:15am to 4:15pm. This role will also require you to work a Saturday morning shift (8:45am to 12:15pm) once every six weeks.

About You:

This role is for you if you:
No banking experience? No problem, we’ll provide thorough, ongoing training to set you up for success! This may involve working up to full-time hours for the first 6 weeks of employment to complete the initial training requirements.
