Job Title: Assistant Supervisor
Type of Employment: Permanent
Department: Credit Management
Job Location: Tejgaon, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
• Invoice Processing: Assist in generating and processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collections Management: Monitor outstanding accounts receivable balances and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivable on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Credit Management: Assist in evaluating creditworthiness of new customers and setting credit limits.
• Customer Relations: Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to accounts receivable with professionalism and efficiency.
• Reporting: Generate reports on accounts receivable aging, collections, and other relevant metrics for management review.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing changes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Receivable Manager and other departments such as Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
Required Skills:
· Soft Skills: Organized, meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, problem-solving skills, patience, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Proficiency in problem-solving, patience, proactive approach, and multitasking abilities.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Educational Requirements:
Graduate/BBA/MBA
Experience Requirements:
3-6 years of experience in relevant functional area
Other Job Requirements:
· Language Proficiency: Proficient in both English and Bangla
· Computer literacy: Hand-on experience in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
