The Mission: Build a World-Class Appointment Engine:
We aren’t playing small. We currently have a hungry team of 10+ setters delivering 1,000+ appointments per month. That’s a massive baseline, but we’re ready to explode.
The Role: 75% General, 25% Gladiator
You will be the bridge between our current success and our international expansion.

75% Strategy. 100% Ownership. You coach, refine, and build winning systems, obsessed with the 1% tweaks that turn reps into top performers fast.

25% Player-Coach. Lead from the front. You’ll jump on calls, crush tough objections, and demonstrate to the team what “elite” actually looks like.

AI & Tech Integration. Have a dedicated innovation budget to vet and implement AI tools. You’ll test, implement, and scale smart tech that gives us an unfair edge in outreach and performance.
