We’re looking for a Technical Marketing Manager to own Utila’s product storytelling, messaging, and technical narrative. This is a core role in our marketing team, responsible for translating the complexity of Utila’s institutional digital asset infrastructure into clear, differentiated, and compelling positioning for fintechs, banks, payments companies, and enterprises.
You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales to shape product narratives, drive feature launches, sharpen our positioning, build enablement materials, and ensure Utila’s value proposition resonates with institutional audiences.

Ensure cross-functional team alignment on messaging, positioning, ICPs and competitive landscape while bringing clarity, structure, and rigor to Utila’s overall product storytelling.
• 5+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in crypto, fintech, security, or infrastructure, with demonstrated ability to work across Product, Sales, and Engineering.
• Ability to understand complex technical products and translate them into clear, enterprise-ready messaging for banks, fintechs, trading firms, and payment companies.
• Proven expertise creating high-quality product marketing materials, including product decks, one-pagers, datasheets, explainers, landing pages, and other GTM enablement assets.
• End-to-end ownership of product launches and ecosystem marketing, supporting revenue teams and driving impactful GTM execution.
• Strong competitive research, market analysis, and communication skills, with high ownership, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
