The Role
We are seeking a motivated individual with a positive, “can-do” attitude to join our supportive team in a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to resolve issues and solve problems efficiently, all while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our branch. This role is the first point of contact for all customer and subcontractor enquiries, whether via phone, email, or in person, and is crucial to delivering a seamless and high-quality service experience.
You will be responsible for managing ongoing communication between subcontractors, warehouse staff, stock controllers, and external transport providers. The role also includes tracking stock and processing payments. To succeed in this position, you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a polite, professional phone manner.
