Duties and Key Areas of Responsibility
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the region.
Manage, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and IT to drive sales initiatives.
Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends within the region.
Drive the customer acquisition process.
Demonstrate commercial competence, and increase customer utilization of both existing and new corridors.
Travel to relevant territories to manage team output and customer engagements.
Business Management/Project Management/Sales Degree or equivalent.
Additional courses in relevant fields will be advantageous
Valid Driver’s License and Passport.
Work Experience:
Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in a similar position
Experience managing multi-national teams
Previous experience in a customer and/or consumer focused role.
Experience in transport or logistics industry (Cross-border) advantageous
