The Role
As a Supply & Operations Analyst, you’ll play a key role in advancing our data maturity and supporting the next phase of our growth. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on reporting and analytics for Global Supply and Operations, helping drive operational efficiency and profitable growth. You’ll own end-to-end analytics initiatives – from defining metrics and building datasets to delivering insights that influence strategic decisions at all levels of the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Own reporting and analytics for key operational and supply-chain areas • Deliver analysis that sizes opportunities, challenges assumptions, and drives strategic decisions • Lead initiatives end-to-end: data modelling, validation, analysis, reporting and impact measurement • Apply robust statistical and analytical methods to complex business problems • Build dashboards and reporting that stakeholders genuinely use • Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations with commercial impact • Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply, Operations, Product, Tech and senior leaders • Automate recurring analysis to focus on high-value insights • Contribute to improving analytics standards, documentation and best practices
What We’re Looking For
Essential: • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field • Experience in an analytics role (eCommerce or marketplace experience preferred) • Strong SQL skills (Google Cloud environment) • Experience working with large datasets • BI & visualisation experience (Tableau, Power BI or Looker) • Some experience with Python or R (Vertex AI exposure is a plus) • Proven ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences • Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing priorities Analytics experience including: • Root-cause and deep-dive analysis • Funnel analysis and drop-off investigation • Experiment design (A/B, multivariate, incrementality testing) Nice to have: • Customer intelligence (segmentation, LTV, cohort analysis) • Predictive analytics (regression, classification, time-series forecasting)
