The Role: Own Your Operation As a Team Leader, you'll be the driving force behind your department. This isn't a clipboard job - you'll be on the floor, leading from the front, and making daily decisions that directly impact our success. What You'll Do: - Lead & Develop Your Team - Coach, motivate, and inspire your team. Build a culture where people are accountable, engaged, and continuously improving. - Drive Results - Monitor KPIs, allocate resources smartly, ensure your team hits picking & packing targets without compromising quality. - Own Health & Safety - Create and maintain a safety-first culture. Your team's wellbeing is non-negotiable. Deliver Operational Excellence From resource planning and HR system updates to maintaining 5S housekeeping standards - you'll ensure everything runs like clockwork. Collaborate Across the Site Work closely with Senior Team Leaders and the wider fulfilment team to ensure seamless operations across all departments. What We're Looking For: We need proven leaders with Team Leader or supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
