The Senior Vice President is a mission-driven role with global oversight over Meritan’s regional foster care operations. Reporting to the CEO, this leader is responsible for overall program strategic planning, budgeting, fund and revenue-source development, relationship-building with key stakeholders, mitigation of risk, regulatory compliance, and service-delivery quality. The Senior Vice President will work closely with governmental and non-governmental agencies, Executive Staff, and team members to enhance program goals.Occasional travel is required to offices in Tennessee, Mississippi and Georgia

QualificationsMaster’s Degree in Social Work, Human Services or related field. At least 5 years managerial experience in child welfare, human services, and/or non-profit management. Demonstrated skill and experience working in the child welfare field; preferably experience in family-based foster care, program outcomes, and engagement. Experience managing multiple program locations.
