Are you seeking flexibility with your schedule, less time on your feet, and more time with your patients? If so, Meritan’s Home Health department may be the perfect fit for you! This regular full time, per visit position is responsible for providing and coordinating patient care, educating patients about various health conditions, and providing advice and emotional support to patients and their families under the direction of a physician. The pay range reflected is the in-office/training rate. Depending on the type of visit made, per visit rates vary from approximately $50-$120.
