Plan and coordinate VVIP/VIP visits, ceremonies, meetings, and special events, ensuring a seamless and distraction-free environment for the Chairman and the Chairman’s Office.
Responsibilities
- Prepare official correspondence and invitations for VVIP/VIP guests.
- Supervise and brief staff and volunteers assigned to protocol duties, ensuring they are fully equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Collaborate with the Branding and Communications Division / Marketing Section to design and produce handbooks and other printed materials.
- Work closely with event coordinators, conference coordinators, and the customer service team to ensure the seamless execution of official ceremonies, including VVIP/VIP visits.
- Provide support, coordination, and guidance to relevant government entities regarding VVIP/VIP visits.
- Advise ADA leadership on protocol-related matters.
- Coordinate and update ADAC’s protocol guide, incorporating national and international requirements in collaboration with the Branding and Communications Division.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Office Manager or Advisor.
Requirements and Skills
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Arabic proficiency is mandatory.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in protocol organization roles.
