The Senior Officer – Employee Services is responsible for providing day-to-day HR operational support to all employees across AD Airports. The role ensures timely guidance, advice, and resolution of employee queries through multiple platforms, including face-to-face interactions, while meeting internal SLAs, HR policies, and UAE Labor Law requirements.
The role manages employee services such as travel bookings, pension fund administration, onboarding and offboarding, payroll-related transactions, and employee records. It also supports employee engagement initiatives and ensures consistent adherence to HR processes and service quality standards across the HR Division.
Responsibilities
- Address and resolve employee HR inquiries and grievances, ensuring appropriate support is provided.
- Identify and report violations of the disciplinary code and ensure corrective actions are taken in line with organizational policies.
- Escalate employee-related incidents or matters to the Senior Manager – HR Operations as required.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of employee issues, including memos and directives.
- Manage and coordinate employee business travel, repatriation, and relocation processes in line with HR policy and Delegation of Authority (DoA).
- Administer the employee pension system, including registrations, removals, and ongoing coordination.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Pension Fund and manage official communications.
- Address pension-related queries from employees, HR Management, and Payroll promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of all pension-related communications and actions.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Provide employee services such as leave management, letter generation, and system updates.
- Process employee security clearance applications for internal and external entities.
- Support the implementation of Employee Engagement activities as per the approved plan.
- Coordinate with departments to prepare and deliver executive and departmental reports, tracking progress, delays, and gaps.
- Update and process transactional HR and payroll data, including non-recurring payroll elements (e.g., education benefits, visa expenses, expense claims).
- Track and process employee service requests and approved decisions, such as extended medical leave and other ad-hoc requests.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee employment records within HR systems.
- Participate in performance appraisals and act on feedback and development recommendations from the line manager.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in HR operations, preferably within an airport or similar operational environment.
- Strong experience in employee relations.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, procedures, UAE Federal Labor Laws, and government regulations.
