Outlook promotes the empowerment of people with disabilities and disadvantage to participate in community life. Our commitment is to people having choice and enabling people with disability to have the same citizenship rights and opportunities as other members of our community. Outlook is a social enterprise meaning it runs successful and ethical businesses that fund investment back into people. Outlook Social Enterprise operates waste transfer stations and recycling programs as well as creating employment opportunities for people with disabilities. It also operates recycle shops in Melton, Hampton Park, Mornington and Ballarat in Victoria as well as Yeppoon, Biloela, Gympie and Emerald in Queensland. Our disability support service provides assistance to people with a disability in our community and their homes. Outlook Community Centre operates short courses and community programs. It also offers function and training room hire facilities. Additionally, Outlook offers a range of volunteering opportunities.
