Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Support
- Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, etc.), leveraging advanced tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques to identify and engage passive talent.
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including scheduling interviews with hiring teams -ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.
- Partner with recruiters to test new sourcing tools, outreach strategies, and market approaches.
- Act as the functional support of the Talent Acquisition technology stack, including sourcing tools, GoodTime, and related platforms.
Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding Operations
- Serve as content support for the career website CMS, enabling timely updates and strong alignment with employer brand strategy.
- Partner closely with internal Communications and Marketing stakeholders to align recruitment messaging with broader brand strategy, internal communications, and external campaigns.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership, Communications, Marketing, and HR leaders to support recruitment campaigns, talent attraction initiatives, and employer brand storytelling across channels.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Engagement
- Flex into evolving business priorities as needed, including revamping the EMEA TA SharePoint and supporting TA communications.

Requirements
- Experience working in a corporate, office-based environment, supporting teams through coordination, operations, customer-facing, or administrative work (e.g., HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Sales Support, Marketing, Customer Success, or similar functions).
- Demonstrated learning curiosity and growth mindset, with the ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Experience using business systems or platforms (e.g., HR systems, CRM tools, ATS, scheduling tools, CMS, or other enterprise software), with comfort adapting to new technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to balance proactive work (e.g., sourcing, outreach) alongside operational and team support tasks.
- Fluency in English and one additional language: French, German, or Dutch.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, recruiting coordination, or sourcing.
- Exposure to recruitment marketing, employer branding operations, or career site content management.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, or Boolean search techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
