2. Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, building long-term and stable partnerships;

4. Track client requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of support and solutions;
5. Oversee the order process and contract management, ensuring timely execution and resolution of issues during implementation;
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to keep projects on schedule, adjust resources and strategies as needed, and ensure smooth project completion;
7. Collect client feedback and continuously optimize account management and service processes to enhance customer satisfaction;

2. Strong client relationship management and communication skills;

5. Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, able to distill key insights from complex information and develop effective action plans;
