Job Purpose
The Bookkeeper/Supervisor will be responsible for daily reporting and data entry while also supporting on-site operations through customer interaction and oversight of garage activity. This role serves as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and ensures smooth day-to-day functionality of the facility.
Principal Responsibilities
Complete daily reporting and data entry related to garage operations
Maintain accurate records using Excel and internal systems
Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance to parkers
Support on-site operations and assist with general supervision of the facility as needed
Address customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
Assist with basic administrative and operational tasks to support the location
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
Working Conditions
On-site role at Canal Place Garage
Approximately 20 hours per week
Preferred schedule:
Friday & Saturday: 10:00am – 6:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
(Schedule may be adjusted as needed)
Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong customer service skills
QualificationsQualifications
Strong customer service skills, primarily over the phone
Basic proficiency in Excel and computer systems
Ability to multitask between administrative and operational responsibilities
Dependable and able to work independently in a part-time capacity
