Project / Design Manager – Roads, Integrated Transport and Mobility, QLD

What you’ll do

As a Project and Design Manager in our Roads, Integrated Transport and Mobility Team based in our Mackay Office, you’ll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.  

• Advise clients on complex engineering projects from concept to delivery
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges
• Deliver high-quality advice that informs decisions
• Contribute to resilient and innovative engineering solutions
• Apply advanced analytics and optimisation to enhance performance

What you’ll bring

• Relevant engineering qualifications (Beng Civil, RPEQ) and experience in the management of multidisciplinary roads projects in Queensland
• Desirable experience delivering TMR and regional transport infrastructure projects across planning, detailed design and construction phases
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build strong client relationships
• A track record of delivering practical, impactful outcomes
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
• The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions
