Your Role: Create An Impactful Change
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Dental Assistant Coach to become an integral part of our team in the Surgery and Oral Medicine Department. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the careers of both new and experienced dental assistants and trainees, offering personalised mentorship and hands-on coaching. You'll provide invaluable support, practical training, and industry insights to help them refine their skills, build confidence, and excel in their roles. Together, we’ll make a meaningful and lasting impact on the future of dental care, empowering each assistant to reach their full potential and elevate the quality of service provided to patients.
Your Key Responsibilities: Shape the Future
- Support and coach dental assistants to deliver clinical service excellence to patients.
- Be involved in the development and implementation of our new traineeship model.
- Actively assist in daily team huddle meetings.
- Perform the dental assistant role as required operationally.
- Collaborate with our Senior Dental Assistants, assist with audits, onboarding/cross boarding, induct new staff and guide trainees & visiting staff.

- Certificate III in Dental Assisting.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (to be completed within 12 months of starting the role). We support continuous learning and professional development by offering dedicated paid study leave each week.
