Commercial & Market Development Intern – LATAM
We are looking for an analytical, communicative, and proactive student interested in developing their career in the commercial area, market development, and product management, supporting Prysmian’s business strategy across Latin America.
Based in Sorocaba/SP and reporting directly to the NWC LATAM Sales Manager, the intern will support the following activities:
Responsibilities:
- Commercial support: follow-up on customers, opportunities, quotations, and commercial indicators across the LATAM region.
- Market analysis: support market studies, product positioning, competitor analysis, and identification of new business opportunities.
- Data and KPI management: support the consolidation, organization, and analysis of commercial information, sales data, and product performance indicators.
- Product development: support projects related to new products, packaging, technical presentations, and commercial materials.
- Global team interaction: interface with internal teams and support alignments with other regions and international suppliers.
- Strategic support: participation in commercial projects, campaigns, trainings, presentations, and market development initiatives.
- Process organization: support the control of timelines, follow-ups, documentation, and commercial area activities.
Who are we Looking for?
We seek a student with the following skills and motivations
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields;
- Availability for a 2-year internship program;
- Intermediate/Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
- Intermediate/Advanced Spanish; English will be considered a plus;
- Organized, analytical, dynamic profile with strong communication skills;
- Interest in developing a career in the commercial area, focused on market development, product management, and business strategy;
- Willingness to learn in a multicultural environment with LATAM/global interface.

- Suporte comercial: acompanhamento de clientes, oportunidades, cotações e indicadores comerciais da região LATAM.
- Análise de mercado: apoio em estudos de mercado, posicionamento de produtos, concorrência e identificação de novas oportunidades de negócios.
- Gestão de dados e indicadores: suporte na consolidação, organização e análise de informações comerciais, vendas e performance de produtos.
- Desenvolvimento de produtos: apoio em projetos de novos produtos, embalagens, apresentações técnicas e materiais comerciais.
- Relacionamento com equipes globais: interface com times internos e suporte em alinhamentos com outras regiões e fornecedores internacionais.
- Suporte estratégico: participação em projetos comerciais, campanhas, treinamentos, apresentações e iniciativas de desenvolvimento de mercado.
- Organização de processos: auxílio no controle de cronogramas, follow-ups, documentações e atividades da área comercial.
Quem buscamos?
Buscamos um estudante com as seguintes habilidades e motivações:
- Estudante de Administração, Engenharia, Comércio Exterior, Marketing, Relações Internacionais ou áreas correlatas;
- Disponibilidade para 2 anos de estágio;
- MS Office – Nível Intermediário/Avançado (principalmente Excel e PowerPoint);
- Espanhol intermediário/avançado; Inglês será considerado um diferencial;
- Perfil organizado, analítico, dinâmico e com facilidade de comunicação;
- Interesse em desenvolver carreira na área comercial, com foco em desenvolvimento de mercado, gestão de produtos e estratégia de negócios;
- Vontade de aprender em um ambiente multicultural e com interface LatAm/global.
