The Head of Shared Services, APAC (Vietnam), is a leadership role responsible for leading and scaling a multi-functional Shared Services Division (SSD) in Vietnam, delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and standardized services across APAC. The role is accountable for operations across Finance, Trade Support, IT, HR, Data & Analytics, and other enterprise services, while driving transformation, automation, and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities
Define and execute the APAC Shared Services strategy, together with the regional headquarter in Singapore.
Lead the shared services division operations in Vietnam from multiple functions.
Develop service delivery model aligned with global and regional objectives
Drive centralization, standardization, and cost efficiency across functions
Partner with the regional headquarter in Singapore to align with the delivery of services across this region.
Standardize and centralize regional processes
Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives
Drive ERP and workflow transformation projects
Drive digitalisation with the rest of the functions and deliver service quality, efficiency, and cost optimization
Build high-performance and service-oriented culture
Ensure compliance with APAC local regulations and global policies
Manage budget and cost optimization initiatives and track productivity, utilization, and service efficiency metrics.
Any other tasks assigned by your superiors.
Your profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree (or diploma/certificate)
At least 10 years in shared services operations, with experience managing APAC operations.
Shared Services set up or transformation experience preferred.
Strong ERP exposure will be an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team environment
Experience in dealing with regional stakeholder management.
Strong in execution and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to drive organizational transformation
Adaptability and flexibility
Willingness to travel (within the region)
