The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced Integrated Support Planning and Management Specialist in Hazelwood, Missouri. The position will support the F-15 Korea Sustainment Program within the International Government and Defense portfolio. This program will specifically support current efforts related to parts repair and part acquisition to support the F-15 Korea Performance Based Logistics (PBL) program and to secure aircraft fleet readiness. The position aligns to the BGS Engineering capability and collaborates closely with Program Management in leading logistics integration activities.
Position Responsibilities:
The position will support the F-15 Korea Sustainment Program through cross-functional integration within the Boeing Global Services organization. The candidate’s primary responsibilities will include:
Establishes and communicates objectives and goals to ensure common direction and delivery of high-quality products and services on time
Strong aircraft obsolescence and part research experience related to current fleet operations and future modifications and upgrades
This candidate will work with online part database tools such as SMART, TAV, Haystack, SCARS and ADPLS
This candidate will ensure a strong partnership with Boeing buyers and suppliers as well as Supply Chain and provisioning
Develop, maintain and communicate, Supplier Statements or Work, supplier proposals project charters to ensure their alignment to project and organizational goals and objectives
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for a defense platform (e.g. has experience with one of the following: Technical Publications, Support Equipment, Training, Maintenance Planning, Facilities & Infrastructure, Retrofit, Provisioning, Supply Chain)
3+ years of experience in identifying and communicating business requirements with cross-functional and/or cross-business teams
3+ years of experience working with Foreign Governments or knowledge of Foreign Government Systems
Experience in military supply support environment including demand and inventory management of company-owned material, customer owned material and program/contract material
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
F-15 Aircraft part tracking desired
Supply Chain experience is a plus
Microsoft Office Tools proficiency
TRAVEL:
Position may require domestic or international travel up to 10% of the time.

Summary pay range: $94,350 - $127,650
