Job Responsibilities:
· Perform day-to-day accounting activities
· Connect with the country and other teams for relevant information and action as necessary
· Deliver financial book close requirements in a timely manner, based on set deadlines
· Ensure compliance with relevant financial controls, as determined globally and locally
· Complete deliverables and other assigned tasks within the targeted timeline and SLA, including timely response to inquiries
· Proactively highlight any performance/process gaps and room for improvement, and follow up with the relevant stakeholders
· Utilize accounting knowledge of processes and understanding of impact on other work groups to assist others on more complex issues
· Deliver tax and audit requirements on established deadlines
· Continuously seek, propose, and establish improvements in the processes handled
· Serve as a backup resource in the absence of other team members
· Perform other tasks and ad hoc activities that are deemed necessary, as assigned
· Perform monthly balance sheet review for in-scope entities region, including verifying accuracy and substantiation of all relevant accounts, and implementing appropriate action points in case of deviation from acceptable accounting principles
· Conduct financial statement analysis, coordinate with various process owners to consolidate specific accounting and tax information (as necessary), and provide reports on operational result
· Coordinate internal control attestation with relevant control performers
· Relevant additional tasks, as deemed necessary

With considerable years of relevant experience
Good English Communications Skills for both written and verbal
MS Office Proficient - Excel
Amenable to work in Mid-shift schedule
Knowledgeable with SAP Accounting System and
One Stream – Reporting and Consolidation, Oracle based
