Join us as a Diet Tech and play a key role in supporting the nutritional health and happiness of our residents. If you’re passionate about wellness, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference, we’d love to meet you! What You’ll Do: • Assist the Registered Dietitian in providing personalized nutritional care • Ensure meals and snacks are safe, appetizing, and tailored to each resident’s needs • Help monitor dietary quality and compliance with healthcare standards • Collaborate with dietary staff, care teams, and residents to promote satisfaction and wellbeing • Participate in care conferences, resident council meetings, and new resident onboarding
What You Bring to the Table: • Associate Degree in Nutrition/Applied Science • Registered with the Commission for Dietetic Registration • At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting • Knowledgeable about dietary regulations for nursing homes • Organized, compassionate, and a great communicator
