🚀 Job Opportunity: Product Operations Intern at StickEarn
About StickEarn
StickEarn is an advertising technology company on a mission to transform Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising through technology, data, and creativity. We empower brands, agencies, and media owners to create impactful advertising experiences across Indonesia.
We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented intern to join our Product Team. In this role, you'll work closely with the Product Operations Manager to support day-to-day operations, coordinate cross-functional projects, and help keep our product delivery running smoothly. This is a hands-on internship — you'll be involved in real work from day one, not just observing.
🌟 What You’ll Do
Assist in coordinating and tracking product-related projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are on track.
Support operational tasks across the product team, including documentation, reporting, and process monitoring.
Help maintain internal tools, trackers, and dashboards used to monitor product performance and team activities.
Coordinate between internal teams (product, data, QC) to follow up on action items and unblock dependencies.
Prepare meeting notes, status updates, and summaries for team syncs and project reviews.
Identify process gaps and propose simple improvements to how the team operates.
Support ad hoc operational needs as they arise across active product initiatives.
✅ What We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field — or any major with strong analytical and organizational aptitude.
Strong organizational skills — you track things proactively and don't let items fall through the cracks.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, or similar).
Clear communicator — able to write concise updates and follow up with stakeholders without being prompted.
Curious about how tech products work — an interest in digital advertising, SaaS, or data-driven products is a plus.
Proactive and comfortable with ambiguity — able to figure out next steps without waiting to be told exactly what to do.
