【Alexion Japan】Manager, Medical Customer Care Nephrology Sales Hematology & Nephrology Business Unit（腎疾患・全国）

This is what you will do:

担当地区における医療関係者とAlexionの主要窓口として、疾患及び製品の認知度を向上させ、患者様の為に診療環境の整備に努める。

医療関係者との良好な関係を築き、診療におけるニーズを特定・整理し、担当製品関連の紹介・提案を行う。

また、担当地区の責任者としてエリアを管理し、潜在的な顧客や市場開発の可能性を見つけることにも従事する。

You will be responsible for:

• 担当地区（テリトリー）の状況分析に基づいた効果的なテリトリー戦略立案、戦術実行により設定された営業目標を達成する。
• 腎疾患領域の希少疾患（aHUS（非典型溶血性尿毒症症候群）およびIgA腎症）における市場原理を十分理解し、優先順位の高い施設・医療関係者について具体的な攻略プランを策定、プランに基づくアクションを実行し、随時見直しを行う。
• マーケティング戦略・営業方針に則り、疾患啓発、早期診断、治療決定、治療継続など希少疾患事業におけるプロセスの整備を促進する。
• 担当製品・適応（aHUSおよびIgA腎症）に関連した必要な知識を習得し、常に更新する。
• 効果的なチャネル・ツールを活用し、担当地区や顧客の状況・ニーズに応じたプロモーション活動および診療領域のプログラムを実施する。
• 活動の検証をタイムリーに行い、報告・フィードバックを適切に行う。
• 患者中心のパートナーシップモデルを実現するために必要な社内・外のステークホルダーとの協業を積極的に行う。
• 担当製品・適応の適正な使用に資するため、医療関係者を訪問すること等により製造販売後調査（PMS）に必要な業務および安全管理情報（医薬品の品質、有効性及び安全性に関する事項その他医薬品等の適正な使用のために必要な情報）の収集、提供を関連法規に基づき実施する。

You will need to have:

• MR資格保有
• 5年以上の製薬企業における医薬情報担当者経験
• 3年以上の大学病院・基幹病院担当経験
• いかなる環境も前提にとらわれず前向きに捉え、新しいチャレンジを続けられる
• 理念を基に、ためらわずに素早く行動できる（sense of urgency）
• 独立した環境およびチーム内において、自律してリーダーシップ/フォロワーシップを適切に発揮できる
• 常に自己研鑽に取り組むだけでなく、相互学習・共創ができる
• 目標達成のための最適なリソース管理や優先順位付けができる
• 普通自動車免許証（優良ドライバー）
• 4年制大学卒業以上

We would prefer for you to have:

• 3年以上の腎疾患領域経験
• 希少疾患の営業経験
